Honey Nut Granola
Our homemade granola is a labour of love. Organic oats, local honey, and a long process of roasting in the oven, stopping to stir, more roasting, more stirring. When the oats are beautifully golden and have that perfect crunch, we wait (patiently) for them to cool before mixing them with almonds, pecans, sesame seeds and flax seeds. Enjoy with milk or yogurt or take a few handfuls along on your next hike.
Honey Fruit Granola
Same base of slow-roasted oats as our Honey Nut Granola, but instead of nuts we add fat organic Thompson raisins and organic cranberries, along with generous helpings of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and flax seeds. A treat with a dollop of organic Greek yogurt and more fresh fruit.
Classic Pancake & Waffle Mix
A simple way to turn your weekend family into a feast. We use BC-grown organic flour and organic cane sugar. Follow the instructions for fluffy pancakes or waffles.
Red Fife & Cinnamon Pancake & Waffle Mix
Organic cinnamon paired with the robust, nutty flavour of Red Fife heritage wheat. A family favourite.
Each batch of True Scotch Oatmeal is freshly cracked on our stone mill using BC grown organic oats. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away. Easy to make using one part Scotch Oats and three parts liquid (water, milk, almond milk, etc), bring to a boil and stir consistently until it reaches your preferred stick-to-your-ribs consistency. Serve with fruit, seeds and nuts and enjoy.
