Our pastas are made with 100 % BC-grown organic grain and water – that’s it. The pasta is cut so the surface retains a slightly rough texture, which helps your favourite sauce to stick.

Emmer and Red Fife Fettucine

Emmer is sometimes called Farro, and is the oldest grain cultivated by humans. Many people with non-celiac gluten sensitivity can digest Emmer. Red Fife is a Canadian heritage wheat known for its nutty flavour. This pasta requires just a simple sauce – let the flavour of the grain sing through.

Spelt Creste di Gallo

Spelt has a mild nutty flavour and is easy to digest for those with sensitivity to modern wheat. This is a robust, earthy pasta that is perfect for hearty pasta bakes filled with lots of veggies and maybe some spicy sausage made with free range meat.

Khorasan Campanelle

Khorasan dates back more than 4,000 years and has a rich, buttery flavour. A rustic style pasta meant to be enjoyed with a thick sauce or in a casserole.

Durum Spaghetti

A favourite with families – what kid doesn’t love spaghetti? Made with a blend of organic stone ground BC grown Durum and organic BC grown unbleached white flour. The only other ingredient is water. Cook as you would a regular spaghetti, drench with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
