Classic Shortbread

Our Classic Shortbread is our most popular seasonal cookie. We start with BC-farmed and BC-milled organic flour and mix with the perfect amount of organic butter and organic icing sugar. We finish with a dash of vanilla and bake until they’re just starting to turn golden. Serving suggestion:  Sips of Baileys over ice between nibbles of buttery cookie.
