Cream of Red Fife Wheat

Red Fife was saved from extinction. It remains prized by bakers & bread lovers for its exceptional flavour & aromas. And it makes one delicious Cream of Wheat!
Cooking Instructions: 1 part Cream of Red Fife to 3 parts Liquid (milk, water etc.) Combine in a pot and bring to a boil, whisking continuously. Simmer and continue whisking for approx. 3 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Salt & sweeten to taste, add nuts or fruit.
