Organic BC Pancake & Waffle Mix - Red Fife with Cinnamon

Mmm pancakes! The sweet, spicy taste of organic cinnamon perfectly complements the naturally robust, nutty flavour of our organic BC grown Red Fife Heritage Wheat flour. Enjoy!

Directions: Pancakes: Mix 1½ cups pancake mix with 1 egg, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, & 1½ cups milk. Makes 10-12 pancakes per batch; 2 batches in pouch. Waffles: Combine 1 cup milk, 3 tbsp oil with 2 beaten egg yolks. Add 1 ½ cups dry mix. Separately, beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into batter.
