Organic BC Spelt Creste Di Gallo

Spelt is an ancient grain wheat variety that has been recognized for its unique flavour, high protein, and its exceptionally hypo-allergenic properties. Our Spelt is grown in BC. We stone grind it into a custom semolina for making a very flavourful, robust pasta. The rich colour is attributed to the milling process and the fact that no bleaching agents are used.
