Classic Stollen, 1kg Gift Box

Stollen is a classic German Christmas cake, characterized by its rich marzipan core. We use 100% BC-farmed and BC-milled organic flour, to which we add rum-soaked organic Thompson raisins, almonds, and our own candied lemons and oranges. We seal in the flavour with organic butter and sugar while still hot from the oven. Stollen improves as it ages and will be at peak flavour in time for your holiday entertaining. Simply dust with icing sugar and serve.
