Organic BC Whole Emmer Flour

Emmer (or Farro) is a flavourful ancient grain variety. In fact it is believed to be the first crop cultivated by humans. Our Emmer is organic and is proudly grown in BC. We slowly stone grind our Emmer at low temperature to maximize flavour and preserve nutrients. Emmer is a popular choice due to its rich flavour and its tolerability for those with wheat allergies. “Whole” simply means we grind the entire kernel and nothing is added or removed.
