The journey starts at the local farm where our hardworking rural neighbours plant small Red Spring Wheat seeds in healthy organic soil. Sunshine and rain combine with skill and patience, resulting in dancing fields of gold. The little amber kernels are then removed from their wheat ears and milled by True Grain into fresh, nutrient rich flour. The result is a coarse, dense, flavourful flour perfect for healthy, wholesome breads and baked goods. From Farmer to Miller to Baker without setting foot outside BC. Now that’s a beautiful thing!
