Light Spelt Pizza Dough
It's Pizza Night! Frozen 400g dough balls now available at True Grain. Choose between French White, Multigrain, Ciabatta, Focaccia, Red Fife Sourdough, White Sourdough and Light Spelt.

This dough is shipped frozen and will thaw during transit. Please refrigerate promptly upon arrival and use within 3 days.
Instructions: Thaw in fridge overnight. Remove dough from fridge & leave at room temperature for +30 minutes. Flour work surface and work into desired shape and thickness. Apply sauce, sprinkle cheese, add your favourite toppings, & top with a light sprinkle of cheese. Bake at 475°F on pan or hot pizza stone for 8-10 minutes or until cheese bubbles and bottom of crust is golden brown.
