Red Fife Sourdough Pizza Dough
It's Pizza Night! Frozen 400g dough balls now available at True Grain. Choose between French White, Ciabatta, Focaccia, and Red Fife Sourdough.
Instructions: Thaw in fridge overnight. Remove dough from fridge & leave at room temperature for +30 minutes. Flour work surface and work into desired shape and thickness. Apply sauce, sprinkle cheese, add your favourite toppings, & top with a light sprinkle of cheese. Bake at 475°F on pan or hot pizza stone for 8-10 minutes or until cheese bubbles and bottom of crust is golden brown.
