BC Spelt Shortbread

Known for its nutty flavour and ease of digestion, Spelt is an ancient grain dating back 8,000 years. We use 100% BC-farmed organic Spelt, which we stone mill into fresh flour. Organic butter, organic sugar, a little sea salt, and just the right amount of organic vanilla round out the ingredients for this little piece of comfort food heaven.
